Social Value Consultant
We are looking for someone to come and join a growing team within a growing business. Social value is about delivering economic, social and environmental sustainability for communities and society as a whole. The dedicated team at LUV Charity supports organisations in the private and public sectors and across all industries to do more in this space by offering a range of services, including creative training, career development and corporate reporting.
Typical tasks for the new Consultant will include:
- Preparing materials for strategy sessions
- Facilitating engagement exercises
- Writing strategy documents
- Research, presentations, bids and reports
Required skills and experience:
- Comprehensive understanding of social value
- Minimum five years experience
- Passionate about client’s needs and problem-solving
- Strong communication skills

Researcher
We are looking for a researcher or junior researcher with knowledge of quantitative and qualitative models for measurement and valuation of market and non-market goods, to support the development and delivery of existing and new solutions for social value measurement, monetisation, and analysis.
Required skills and experience:
- Graduate or postgraduate qualifications
- Supporting relevant research, valuation projects or social impact assessments
- Experience in qualitative research methods
- Minimum three years experience
- Strong data analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Good team player
